Synopsis

Alors qu'un agent du FBI poursuit John Smith pour le meurtre de Rachel Caldwell, celui-ci, dans une vision concernant le futur, se réveille après une opération sans ses pouvoirs. Bruce lui apprend également que Rebecca Caldwell est morte après avoir tiré sur le sénateur Greg Stillson... Pour empêcher la mort de la jeune femme, John refuse donc l'opération et se rend à l'endroit où il a vu la scène du crime...
